What you will be doing:

+ Consult with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into impactful solutions that elevate print sales expertise, operational excellence, and customer experience for both Enterprise and Retail Print Teams.
+ Deploy innovative learning and training programs in partnership with the Talent CoE, ensuring relevance and measurable impact across geographies.
+ Work closely with leadership to analyze skill gaps and build training roadmaps for new print-sales hires, ongoing skill development, and manager training.
+ Maintain in-depth knowledge of custom print products—such as business cards, brochures, signage, promotional items, and wide-format graphics—and educate team members on product specifications, customization options, and quality standards.
+ Coach employees on effective customer communication regarding product options and timelines, while equipping managers with tools and frameworks to reinforce learning.
+ Support key learning initiatives, including Performance Management, CRM, Engagement, Functional Learning, Selling Methodologies, and Onboarding, with a focus on print-solutions performance.
+ Conduct ongoing assessments of core selling competencies and recommend training topics to improve overall performance.
+ Partner with subject-matter experts and suppliers to design, develop, deliver, and assess end-to-end learning programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
+ Facilitate a wide range of meetings and learning sessions, adapting to diverse audiences and priorities, and provide 1:1 coaching to strengthen leadership and print-selling capabilities.
+ Support the development, tracking, and use of analytics to evaluate learning impact and inform continuous improvement.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum 3 years of experience developing and facilitating sales training content, preferably in print-solutions or complex B2B service offerings.
+ Strong knowledge of sales processes and best practices for broad-based teams from VP level to field reps.
+ Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
+ Strong written, facilitation, and communication skills
