Cetera is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead and coordinate participant data-driven initiatives across the organization.
In this role, you will serve as the central point for managing participant data workflows, ensuring data integrity, and supporting analytics that enhance engagement and decision-making.
You’ll oversee segmentation strategies, track and report on participant metrics, support targeted digital campaigns, and lead the development of dashboards and reporting tools.
A key responsibility of this role is partnering with internal teams and third-party providers to assist in identifying and implementing effective participant engagement solutions—ranging from SaaS platforms to cross-functional initiatives—that drive measurable outcomes and enhance the participant experience.
This is a hybrid role, candidates must be located near one of these offices: El Segundo, CA | Dallas, TX | St Cloud, MN | Des Moines, IA | San Diego, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead participant data segmentation and pipeline strategies to support engagement initiatives
Track and report on participant-related KPIs and data insights
Support digital marketing and outreach campaigns with accurate participant data targeting
Coordinate cross-functional data workflows and reporting processes
Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics tools focused on participant engagement
Partner in identifying, evaluating, and implementing participant engagement solutions, including third-party SaaS tools and internal cross-functional partnerships, to enhance experience and drive measurable outcomes.
Assist in resolving participant data issues and support special projects as needed
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Quick grasp of technical and complex data concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Adaptability to evolving market and business conditions

Experience in Financial Services
FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) licenses
State Life & Health Insurance License
7+ years in the financial services industry
Prior experience in data program management, analytics leadership, or vendor evaluation
Compensation:
The base annual salary range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus.
Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
