Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Position Summary:
We are hiring Program Specialists to serve as the primary point of contact for patients and providers, offering operational and reimbursement support across complex healthcare programs.
This includes marketing support, reimbursement hotlines, patient assistance programs, safety surveillance, case management, and compliance initiatives.
Program Specialists are expected to proactively resolve access barriers and ensure patients receive timely support.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to inbound calls and faxes, identifying appropriate solutionsConduct outbound insurance verification calls and document coverage statusProcess patient applications and determine eligibility based on program guidelinesMaintain accurate documentation in tracking systems and escalate issues as neededCoordinate prescription orders and transfers to specialty pharmaciesEducate patients on available insurance options and coverage pathwaysUphold all privacy, compliance, and safety reporting standardsComplete required training and apply data handling protocols consistentlyRequired Skills:

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred1–2 years of customer service experience in an international call centerExperience in safety reporting preferredFamiliarity with healthcare and reimbursement systems preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask across multiple systems and maintain attention to detailEmpathetic, accountable, and responsive to customer needsComfortable working in a structured, high-volume environmentAdditional Notes:
