Program Support Professional III
: You choose 3 weekdays (Monday–Friday) you're available to be scheduled to work between 2:00pm–9:00pm.
Every weekend, full availability is required from Saturday 8:00am to Sunday 9:00pm

In this role you will be making a difference by: Delivering personalized care to adults with a wide range of support needs—including varying levels of behavior, medical conditions, and independence. Work flexibly across multiple programs, including 1:1 In-Home Support and our weekend Respite Program.Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a clean and supportive environment.Provide attentive supervision to ensure safety, comfort, and emotional well-being.Transport Individuals to appointments, outings, and events in the community using a company-provided vehicle (or personal vehicle as needed).To be considered for this role you must: Carry a valid driver’s licenseProof of at least liability auto insurance in your name (even if you don’t own a car)Hold an acceptable driving record.Possess strong English communication skills.Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check.Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferredBenefits for this position include:A company vehicle for all work and some personal use.
