What You’ll Do
Assists the Programs Manager in the daily operations of our dynamic Programs Department.
Your role involves crafting, executing, and coordinating engaging programs that enhance the lifestyle for both independent and assisted living residents within our vibrant community.

Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
