The work:ICF is seeking a Project Analyst (SETA 2) to support science and engineering innovation programs at the National Science Foundation (NSF).

What you will do:
What You Will Bring With You:
Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
Minimum of 10 years of research and development expertise, managing research projects, and project management experience.
BS/BA degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
What We Would Like You To Bring With You:
Master’s or PHD degree in equivalent education
Proficiency with project management tools, system development and mapping tools, and data analytic tools and processes.
Knowledge of transition to practice processes, including commercialization strategies.
Experience working in the innovation ecosystem, including high-growth technology enterprises, and with a federal government funding research agency in a Science, Engineering, and Technical Assistance (SETA) role.
Preferred familiarity with NSF's partnerships landscape study.
Ability to demonstrate technical skills and experience in managing research projects, data analysis and visualization, survey implementation, project strategy and management.
Proficiency in interpreting and executing industry-standard project management tools, technical note capture and reporting, and administrative duties such as scheduling meetings and coordinating deliverable feedback.
High proficiency using Microsoft Office tools.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain effective communication channels with federal technical staff and programmatic contractor personnel.
Strong multitasking abilities, familiar with a fast-paced environment.
