Job Title: Project Coordinator/Technical Writer (Remote – CST Preferred)

Location: Remote (Central Time Zone preferred)

Employment Type: Contract or Full-Time

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support cross-functional teams in a dynamic telecom environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can work independently, and enjoys balancing administrative tasks with project coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support across multiple teams.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for 150–200 contractors, ensuring smooth transitions and documentation.
  • Coordinate and track project activities, follow up on action items, and maintain system updates.
  • Support the creation of presentation materials using PowerPoint.
  • Attend meetings to capture process flows and contribute to documentation.
  • Train on and assist with creating and processing purchase orders.
  • Utilize tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio to support project needs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand priorities and resolve issues.
  • Apply analytical thinking to solve problems and manage competing demands.
  • Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Visio experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in telecom or a related industry is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working remotely; CST time zone alignment preferred.
