POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator with preferably at least 2 – 5 years of project coordination experience.
The candidate will be responsible for coordination of monthly program reviews with Operations, Program office, Safety, SCM, Quality and Engineering.
Additionally, they will be supporting weekly data calls/metrics and progress/time validation.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 – 5 years of project coordination experience preferredProfessional Office experienceExperience in manufacturing preferredShipbuilding experience is preferredSome travel required SKILLS
Ability to communicate on all levels with Program Management, Quality, Engineering, and Production Personnel to ensure all program requirements are fulfilled in accordance with contractual requirements and obligationsStrong knowledge of cost and schedule performance measurementsMust be able to gather, organize, collate, and distribute large amounts of data to support managing projectsMust be able to prepare presentation materials in support of meetingsAbility to work with minimal supervision and on multiple projectsMust be highly skilled in the operation of a variety of computer programs, primarily Microsoft Office products RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for administration and coordination for a project, as a team member and manages correspondence and data assigned by managementReceive, process, and respond to requests for information concerning job and job coordinationProcess, assemble, and track performance and progress information thru Bollinger information systemsSupport of data management, submissions, tracking, and reporting if requiredProvide support to project teams by providing administrative checks and balances to ensure adherence to proceduresAssemble and maintain project files within SharePoint and MS-Teams environmentPerform data management by uploading and downloading data for review and approvalsRegulatory body point of contact for postings and retrieval of information necessary to support assigned project WHY BOLLINGER?
