We are seeking a Project Scheduler/Office Assistant to assist Project Managers with project coordination tasks such as vendor scheduling, schedule development, project budget tracking, purchase order tracking, and shipment tracking.
Other responsibilities of this position are:
Project Scheduler will be responsible for working with the Project Managers to develop project documents.
Project Scheduler will be responsible for participating in project meetings with internal and external partners.
Project Scheduler will be responsible for helping with budget tracking, project schedule development and tracking, and tracking project deliverables.
Project Scheduler will need to collaborate with vendors and OEMs to schedule service technicians and to procure and manage service.
Project Scheduler will be required to assist the Office Manager with purchasing and bookkeeping tasks.
Project Scheduler may assist Project Managers with selection and procurement of project supplies and parts.
Project Scheduler may be asked to manage small scale projects.
Project Scheduler will also be responsible for learning the accounting software.
Project Scheduler is responsible for assisting the office manager with issuing purchase orders, change orders, and invoicing responsibilities.
This position is based out of our Downers Grove office and is not eligible for remote work.
This is a full-time position.
