- Full Time: 40+ hrs./5-day work week (Monday - Friday: 8 am to 5 pm)

Responsibilities: - Coordinate project timelines from signed contract through final installation
- Schedule site visits, field measurements, product deliveries & cabinet installations
- Daily communication with vendors, manufacturers, subcontractors & installers to ensure projects are running smoothly
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including scopes of work, permits, change orders, punch lists & customer communications
- Track progress using project management tools & ensure consistent follow-through on open tasks
- Collaborate with sales, design & operations teams to ensure project information is clearly communicated
- Attend project meetings to contribute to continuous improvement of cabinet processes
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options
- Execute all daily tasks & responsibilities essential for each project's success
- Maintain quality standards
- Adjust project schedules & work with tradesman as project conditions change
- Provide clear communication with clients regarding project changes & progress
- Ensure accurate job closeouts & costs are entered within RFMS for accurate project tracking
- Drive innovation & enhance system efficiency
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-4 years' proven work experience in Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Project Specialist, Assistant Project Manager, or similar roles
- Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
- Must pass a drug test (REQUIRED)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Ability to adapt & respond quickly to a shifting reality so initiatives/priorities are adjusted accordingly
- Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Advanced time management & interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills & ability to delegate effectively
- Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
- Strong personal & professional ethics
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations
- Knowledge of 2020 Design, ProKitchen, or Cabinet Vision plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of cabinetry a plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
