**Job Description**
AECOM is seeking a **Project Manager - District Energy System** to lead multi-disciplinary energy projects for multiple clients across the United States.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the delivery (detailed design and construction) of energy center and associated distribution infrastructure.
This position is a hybrid role and can be located in multiple cities in the United States.
The successful candidate will have:
+ Strong working knowledge of District Energy System: 4th and 5th generation systems
+ Strong interpersonal, organizational, creating problem-solving, collaboration and leadership skills
+ Experience leading a multi-disciplinary and diverse team of professionals
+ Experience managing large, complex projects in multiple locations
+ Ability to apply acquired expertise and knowledge to solve business challenges
+ Experience successfully coaching peers and team members
+ A track record of leveraging relationships to expand work with existing clients, identify new clients and recruit and retain in-house staff
Duties of the position include:
+ Plans, directs, and supervises all operations included in moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact.
+ Manages and leads all technical, financial, and client satisfaction areas using consistent processes and tools.
+ May include management of small teams across business lines, in remote locations and/or management of subcontractors.
+ Manages projects on a local to regional basis achieving quality outcomes, financial performance and client satisfaction.
+ Successfully develops strategy, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, and executes project.
+ Acts as primary point of contact with client.

AECOM’s Energy practice provides a wide range of services from consulting and engineering design to energy engineering, energy procurement and construction (EPC) for power, energy efficiency, and renewable energy clients.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ BS in Mechanical, Energy, Electrical or Civil Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
+ Experience including management of infrastructure projects including and/or distributed energy resources
+ Experience delivering complex projects and/or programs with high quality on schedule and within scope and budget
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 10+ Years of Relevant Experience
+ Project and client management experience including management of multiple projects of significant scope and complexity
+ Professional Engineer (P.E.), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (optional).
+ Experience in alternative delivery projects.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.

The expected range is $136,310.00 - $176,964.00.
