Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client’s Bellingham, MA office and the surrounding job sites.
Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of heavy civil construction experience and hands-on estimating experience using B2W/Agtek (or similar).

Job Description
Manage all phases of heavy civil projects, including sitework, utilities, paving, and drainageLead the estimating process: prepare final estimates, perform detailed quantity take-offs, and analyze bid documentsCoordinate bidding activities and attend pre-bid meetings with clients and subcontractorsEvaluate subcontractor quotes and perform cost comparison analysis (subcontractor vs.
self-perform)Develop and maintain construction schedules, budgets, and manpower plansReview contracts, change orders, and invoicing for accuracy and complianceCommunicate with clients, engineers, and vendors regarding project requirements and clarificationsSupervise and motivate project staff, providing guidance to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective project executionConduct project inspections and oversee quality control throughout all phasesEnsure compliance with all OSHA and company safety policies Qualifications
5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction (site/roadwork, utilities, paving, drainage)Strong estimating experience with B2W Estimate, B2W Track, AGTEK, or similar softwareConstruction-related degree or equivalent field operations backgroundStrong knowledge of civil infrastructure projects and construction methodsExcellent math, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProven leadership experience managing staff and subcontractorsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain) and valid driver’s licenseAbility to pass a CORI background check and pre-hire drug/alcohol testing Why This Is a Great Opportunity
