POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Designs and manages Smartsheet project environments across NOAA initiatives to improve execution, automation, and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of experience of Smart Sheet configuration and workflow development in support of project teams
- 3+ years' experience leveraging Change Management best practices to drive change and ongoing improvements into processes and tasks
- Active PMI PMP required
- Smartsheet Certification required
- Must have excellent communication skills and should be able to close loops with all stakeholders.
- Must be an expert in agile technologies, and a great team-player
- Prior NOAA experience (desired)
- Prior experience supporting facilities, asset, or a project based environment (desired)
- ITIL or Change Management certification (desired)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop Smartsheet dashboards, workflows, and automations, and leveraging change management practices to make improvements by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and present project reports in Smartsheet at the detail work package and/or task levels on a monthly basis and at a roll-up Executive level on a quarterly basis to include preparation of materials for the Program Management Council and on an ad hoc basis
- Implement Smartsheet Control Center and Data Shuttle
- Execution of training and coordination to federal staff on Smartsheet
- Provide executive-level and task-level project reporting
- Track risk, quality, and performance metrics
