RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Project Manager | Information Resource Center (IRC) Administrative Support Services [USTDA0008007]
Oversees project delivery, personnel, and quality assurance across functional areas; aligns with GSA Program Manager leadership and management scope.
Project Manager – Leading strategy, streamlining operations, and driving success through efficient IRC administrative solutions.
Project Managers work to Centralize resources, optimize workflows, and deliver responsive support services that promote clarity, efficiency, and growth.
We provide streamlined administrative assistance, enhance resource access, and offer customized solutions to help organizations succeed effectively.
Our initiatives focus on simplifying information access, minimizing administrative burdens, boosting productivity, and providing seamless solutions that foster organizational success.
The goal is to make administration easier, improve resource accessibility, and deliver flexible support solutions to enhance organizational performance daily.. They Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery of IRC support services; manage administrative teams and ensure compliance with USTDA standards.

Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
Project Manager
- At least 15 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrates strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written skills
- Experience with performance and oversight of Quality Control Program
- Proficient in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
- Experience with administrative services like office management, records, human resources support, or procurement
- Experience analyzing and implementing business processes
- Experience leading projects, including creating project plans and process maps
- Proficient in using software for data analysis, financial management, and project management
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with risk management related to timelines, costs, or compliance
- Experience using data to make decisions, measure performance, and improve outcomes
- Understanding of budget management, contractor personnel ovesight, and other relevant administrative functions
- Ability to provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events
- College degree required, business, management, or related degree preferred

Reports And Other Deliverables: The ProSidian Engagement Team is responsible for delivering the tasks described in the statement of work for this project.
Specific deliverables consist of the following:
a) Weekly Status Report: The ProSidian Engagement Team shall deliver a weekly written status report to the CO and COR on problems, accomplishments, and current status of all tasks.
The report for the previous week is due by the close of business, the first working day of each week.
b) IRC Manual: The ProSidian Engagement Team shall review and update (if necessary) the existing IRC Manual describing the policies and procedures for administration of USTDA’s Information Resource Center and deliver a copy to the COR within sixty (60) days after the start of contract performance.
The ProSidian Engagement Team shall deliver a current copy of the updated and revised IRC Manual to the COR annually.
c) IRC Annual Calendar: The ProSidian Engagement Team shall deliver an IRC calendar of events, such as Record Management Information, records training, file clean-up days, inventory, and other contract milestones to the CO and COR within sixty (60) days after the start of contract performance. Within sixty (60) days after the start of each option period (if exercised) under this contract, The ProSidian Engagement Team shall deliver the IRC Annual Calendar to the COR.
Project Information Management System (PIMS) Reports: The ProSidian Engagement Team shall deliver reports from PIMS both on an ad hoc and on a regularly scheduled basis to the COR.
The ProSidian Engagement Team must review the reports being produced on a routine basis and shall make
