A confidential federal-sector technology integrator is expanding its ServiceNow footprint from core ITSM to a full ITAM/ITOM and customer-facing service-catalog capability.
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of this multi-module roadmap inside a classified environment, partnering with architecture, development and security teams to bring new asset, event-management and automated request workflows online.
Responsibilities
Drive project delivery across all phases for ITAM, ITOM, enhanced ITSM and service-catalog workstreams.Define scope, schedule, budget and resources in collaboration with delivery leads, architects and developers.Develop and maintain artifacts—integrated master schedule, RAID log, executive status, change-control board (CCB) packages.Proactively manage risks & issues, escalating and coordinating mitigation with security and program leadership.Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews) using ServiceNow, JIRA or similar.Ensure governance & compliance with TS/SCI and SAP requirements, liaising with the security office on accreditation timelines.Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in IT, Business, Engineering or related field.2 + years managing IT projects that include ServiceNow implementation or expansion.Active TS/SCI clearance and SAP eligibility.Experience delivering projects 100 % on-site in classified environments.Demonstrated expertise with ServiceNow ITSM; working knowledge of ITAM or ITOM.Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder-management skills.Preferred qualifications
PMP, PgMP, CSM or comparable project-management certification.3 + years working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Prior experience integrating ServiceNow with downstream systems (CMDB enrichment, event-management tools).Advanced ServiceNow certifications (., Certified Implementation Specialist – ITAM or ITOM).Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST).
