Project Manager Job Duties:
Responsible that all structured cabling installations projects are delivered on-budget, on-time, and safely.Manage the day-to-day operations of all assigned projects.
Communicate with management in advance about staffing requirements.Coordinate & approve equipment & product purchasingScheduling, managing, & coordinating the available labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, weather, technical expertise, diverse cultures & the calendar.
Will perform site visits in the pre-planning phase.Effective communication interaction with Sales, the Client, and Installation Teams & Management.
Conduct regular team meetings.Travel will be required, sometimes with little advance notice.Documenting every aspect of the project’s progress including , change orders, logistics, & eventsPre-Commissioning Testing, and Quality ControlManage subordinate timecardsClient TrainingObtaining Final Sign-Offs at project completion. Job Experience | Qualifications | Requirements:
2 to 5+ years of proven Commercial Audiovisual Installation Project Management experience – Pre-Planning to CloseoutFinancial, budgeting, & scheduling backgroundInfoComm CTS would be preferred.
