Now Hiring: Project Manager — Greater Philadelphia Region
Location: Philadelphia / Skippack, PA (Travel to job sites as needed)

Impactful Role: You’ll be helping lead public & private projects in the Greater Philadelphia region, coordinating teams, schedules, budgets, and quality.
What You’ll Do
Plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects to meet goals on time, on budget, and safely.
Maintain up-to-date project progress information and cost tracking for labor and materials.
Create, update, and review monthly overall schedules with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors.
Help with change orders: generate, process, review plan revisions, coordinate with clients, suppliers, and field leadership.
Conduct weekly site visits to ensure quality, troubleshoot issues, oversee safety, and coordinate work.
Supervise project cost reports and financials daily, ensure billing, invoice, purchase orders, and subcontractor requisitions are properly coded and processed.
Maintain all project documentation: submittals, shop drawings, as-built drawings, punch lists, maintenance manuals, etc.
Chair meetings (project meetings, coordination meetings), assist in pre-job planning and transitions into new projects.
Report monthly to management on gross margin improvement strategies and progress, ensure objectives from pre-job planning are met.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field (or equivalent education + experience)
At least 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction in or around the Philadelphia region.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and project-related software tools.
Ability to use appropriate PPE and meet safety standards.
Capable of performing physical demands of the job: walking, occasional lifting, ability to move about job sites, etc.
Preferred:
10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
OSHA or other appropriate Safety Certifications.
Additional Details
