Scope of Work (SOW)

Implementation of Fully Integrated Vehicle Program Timeline

1.

Project Overview

The objective of this engagement is to implement a fully integrated Vehicle Program timeline management system using Primavera P6 or a comparable project management tool.

The system will enable seamless integration and visibility across multiple workstreams, including Design, Engineering, Operations, and Enterprise functions.

The timeline tool will support detailed planning, scheduling, resource management, and reporting across the Vehicle Program lifecycle.

2.1 Core Deliverable

" Deployment and configuration of a centralized, integrated project timeline tool (Primavera P6 or equivalent).

" Integration of key Vehicle Program workstreams: Design, Engineering, Operations, and Enterprise functions.

" Development of customized dashboards and reporting aligned with stakeholder requirements.

" Training and knowledge transfer for internal teams.

" Design: Concept development, design iterations, approvals.

" Engineering: Detailed engineering schedules, testing, validation, and changes.
