The basics of this position:


Support Senior Manager or other project lead staff to facilitate completion of assigned tasks.

Perform assigned responsibilities, duties, tasks according to established practices, procedures, techniques, and standards.


What you'll do:



  • • Maintains complex recordkeeping and filing systems.
    • Assist in maintaining schedules of classes or project personnel as well as tracking of supplies and inventory.
    • Compiles and organize data and information for preparation of reports.
    • Recruit and review student resumes for enrollment in WSG programs.


    • Provides guidance to prospective students on the enrollment process.


    • Assists in the processing of enrollment documents; reviews records to determine eligibility; assists in researching and resolving discrepancies.


Education, experience, and other requirements:


• Associate’s Degree or equivalent, plus one (1) year experience, or high school diploma or equivalent, plus three (3) years experience and skill requirement.
