About the Role
Are you passionate about transforming the grocery shopping experience?
Join our dynamic Grocery Partnerships team, where we are launching innovative supermarket integrations and onboarding merchants to a cutting-edge grocery platform.
We are seeking a driven and strategic Project Manager to lead partner onboarding and integration efforts.
This role is pivotal in helping grocery merchants optimize their catalog, pricing, and availability while ensuring a seamless experience on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead cross-functional projects to onboard grocery partners and drive integration success.
+ Proactively identify and mitigate risks across workstreams to ensure timely project delivery.
+ Deep dive into challenges and blockers, applying creative problem-solving to resolve issues.
+ Develop and maintain effective project tracking mechanisms and communicate status updates clearly.
+ Build and nurture strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
+ Champion automation and process streamlining to improve partner operations and platform efficiency.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of experience in program or product management.
+ Strong Excel skills (preferred tool for analysis and tracking).
+ 1+ year of external-facing experience (e.g., sales, product, program, or project roles).
+ Proven ability to manage roadmaps, including vision, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risk tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sectors such as retail operations, inventory management, brand/category analysis, or business analytics.
+ Experience managing tech-product roadmaps or working with technical teams.
+ Proficiency in SQL.
+ Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, German).
+ Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

+ Project Management Experience – Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects.
+ Roadmap Ownership – Experience driving product or program roadmaps from concept to execution.
+ Advanced Excel Skills – Ability to analyze data and build tools for tracking and optimization.
