Key Role:
Develops and architects overarching story development for proposals.
Analyzes RFP requirements to create approaches to integrate all proposal volumes, including proposal story arcs, solutions, messaging, graphics, written volumes, and oral presentations.
Applies advanced theories, principles, and concepts.
Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
Leads development of solutions to highly complex problems.
Generally works with wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision.
Holds responsibility for the supervision and development of first-level Supervisors or Managers.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with a wide variety of solutions sets, including systems engineering, integration principles, systems development life cycle activities, training, information operations, or intelligence collection
5+ years of experience in leading the development and integration of proposal content for Federal solicitations over $250 million, and analyzing or understanding solicitation requirements
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
Ability to collaborate with client-facing teams, extract the most pressing project challenges, build consistent storylines, and develop compliant and compelling solutions that address challenges
Ability to translate highly detailed requirements into integrated storylines and scenario responses suitable for executive consumption
Ability to lead teams and stakeholders throughout the capture process
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience working on solutions in an assisted acquisition environment
Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
Experience with applying development frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall, ITIL, enterprise integration, or DevOps
Experience with analytical techniques for specific problem sets
Possession of excellent communication skills, including in writing and orally
Clearance:
