KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Utilizes a variety of recruitment strategies to ensure a qualified, diverse provider candidate pool.

  • Collaborates with multiple disciplines to effectively and efficiently recruit providers and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Develops networks of recruiting resources for benchmarking and information sharing.

  • Cultivates relationships with residents, medical schools, and advanced clinical degree programs.

  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to the rapidly changing needs of the workflow, team, and organization.

  • Develops and supports effective team interactions through open and honest communication, receptive to feedback, mentoring, and developing others.

  • Strives to improve the entire recruitment process in a cost-effective manner.

  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field

  • Two years of relevant experience

  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance

  • Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties

  • WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Normally works in climate controlled office environment

  • Frequent sitting with movement throughout office space

  • Use of computers throughout the work day

  • Frequent use of keyboard with repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and fingers

  • Preferred: Healthcare recruitment experience
