What You'll Actually Do as an Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you'll be the day-to-day heartbeat for client accounts, developing and leading everything from disruptive, innovative PR campaigns to deploying crisis communications strategy to executing day-to-day communications strategy to providing sage counsel and everything in between.

You'll mentor emerging professionals (and trust us, they're eager to learn from you!), manage budgets without breaking a sweat, and give presentations that make clients swoon.

Some days you'll be crafting the perfect pitch.

Other days you'll be problem-solving on the fly or leading a brainstorm that generates the kind of ideas that define careers.

You'll have real autonomy and trust to make it happen.

What We're Looking For

Someone with 6-8 years of PR experience (with agency experience being a significant advantage) who can write like a pro, present like a Ph.D., pitch media with a journalist's lens, and juggle competing deadlines without losing sanity or sense of humor.

Our ideal candidate has that perfect mix of bigger picture prowess, roll-up-your-sleeves humility, old school experience and appreciation for our craft, and new school savvy with the emerging technologies that are disrupting our industry.

And if that's not impressive enough, our future Account Manager is analytical, organized and has excellent judgement and problem-solving skills -- and is a boss with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
