**Your Impact:**
+ **_Lead Sales Opportunities_** **_:_** _Spearhead RFP responses, proposal delivery, estimation, and pricing to secure new business and enhance client relationships._
+ **_Architect & Design Solutions_** **_:_** _Define and implement solution architectures for global customer engagement and web content management platforms, integrating technologies across Adobe Experience Cloud (such as AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target etc.) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP, AJO, CJA etc.)._
+ **_Develop Digital Experiences_** **_:_** _Create high-quality digital consumer experiences using Adobe marketing and experience cloud products, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards._
+ **_Mentor & Guide Teams_** **_:_** _Provide direction to senior developers, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and ensure the delivery of robust AEM implementations._
+ **_Manage Projects_** **_:_** _Oversee multiple projects, ensuring effective estimation, planning, and delivery to maintain quality and profitability._
+ **_Engage with Stakeholders_** **_:_** _Collaborate with clients to develop end-to-end specifications and solution architectures, representing Publicis Sapient’s technical expertise._
+ **_Define Best Practices_** **_:_** _Establish standards for performance, security, and scalability of digital platforms, ensuring high-quality solution delivery._
**Qualifications**
**Your Skills & Experience:**
+ **_Extensive AEM Experience_** _: Overall experience of 12 to 16 years with 7+ years of hands-on experience with AEM and other Adobe marketing cloud products._
+ **_Technical Expertise_** _: Strong knowledge of OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Sightly, Apache Oak, and Adobe Dispatcher/Publisher._
+ **_Java Proficiency_** _: Deep understanding of Java technologies, including Java 8/11/17, Servlets, JSP, HTL/Sightly, and JSTL._
+ **_Integration Skills_** _: Experience with MarTech products and technologies such as Salesforce CRM, SSO/OAuth, and API Gateways._
+ **_Frontend Knowledge_** _: Familiarity with frontend technologies like Bootstrap, ReactJS, NextJS, Angular, CSS3, HTML5, and jQuery._
+ **_Performance & Security Testing_** _: Proficient in performance and security testing for AEM platforms, including load model creation and OWASP concepts._
+ **_Cloud & DevOps_** _: Strong understanding of cloud and DevOps architecture, including load balancers, CDN, resiliency and disaster recovery._

+ **_GenAI knowledge:_** _Experience in leveraging GenAI for different phases of the SDLC._
