Job Summary:

Deliver exceptional customer service to students, faculty and staff who utilize Testing Services, with the availability to provide consistent evening and weekend coverage.
Duties include administering and proctoring exams; assisting department staff in processing documentation and preparing exams for delivery; general clerical duties; and other related testing services for students, faculty and staff.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment.
Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED.
Previous customer service experience.
General computer skills and Microsoft Office application experience.
Available to work evening or weekend hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent educational experience (60 or more college credits).
Experience working in a testing environment.
Previous office experience.
