Job description

*Job Posting:*JR101297 Public Health Informatics and Technology Program Manager (Contingent II - Grant funded) (Open)*Department:*BSU General Studies, JM*Position Type:*Non-Regular Fixed Term (Fixed Term)*Open Date:*08-21-2025*Close Date:*$80,000 - $90,000*Job Description:*The manager is to provide critical day-to-day support to the PI of the P.H.I.T. grants and provide comprehensive knowledge and application of institutional policies and procedures in relation to the grant project.*Responsibilities:* * To work closely with the PI to ensure effective management of essential grant activities (e.g., meeting timelines, completion of forms, completion of reports).

* Provides complex calendar management by reviewing and assessing short-term and long-term priorities for the project.

* Coordinates internal and external meetings.

* Ensures timely preparation for meetings and events by collecting and compiling required information and materials.

* Performs and track follow-up tasks from meetings and engagements, to include drafting letters, acknowledgments and follow-up correspondence; coordinates materials and information flow, and tracks correspondence with various stakeholders (e.g., partnership schools, community representatives, consultants).

* Serves as a primary point of contact and intermediary between the PI and various internal and external constituencies and ensures an elevated level of efficiency in the operation of the grant project.

* Acceptance and assistance with additional duties and responsibilities with the position, not specifically scripted in the announcement.

*Minimum Qualifications:* * Three to five years of relevant experience required.

* Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and various computer programs as needed.

* Grant writing and experience with compliance required to successfully meet the conditions of a government awarded grant are also desirable.
