**Job Responsibilities**

Quality Assurance Leadership.
Lead QA efforts across multiple projects ensuring high quality delivery of web and enterprise applications
Define and maintain comprehensive test plans test cases and test strategies for functional and nonfunctional requirements
Review and validate test coverage and execution across teams
HandsOn Testing Automation
Perform manual and automated testing of web applications ensuring responsiveness usability and reliability
Build and maintain automation test scripts using industrystandard tools and frameworks eg Selenium Cypress Playwright
Develop and manage a regression test bed to support continuous testing and deployment cycles
Mentorship Collaboration.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback
Collaborate with developer’s product owners and business analysts to ensure clear understanding of requirements and quality expectations
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

**Required Skills**

8 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
Strong expertise in functional nonfunctional and web application testing
Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks
Proven ability to create and manage regression test suites
Experience in responsive design testing across browsers and devices
Familiarity with CICD pipelines and test integration
Excellent communication documentation and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in performance and load testing
Exposure to AgileScrum methodologies and tools eg Jira TestRail
Experience in the insurance domain or other regulated industries.
