**Job Summary**
The Quality Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
This role involves analyzing data to identify trends, leading root cause analysis, training employees, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 which includes a base salary.
The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
