As the site’s go-to authority on quality systems and regulatory compliance, you’ll:
Champion a culture of quality and food safety across all departmentsServe as the Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) and manage the Food Safety PlanOversee the Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSQMS) including SOPs, training, and document controlLead GMP, HACCP, and Food Defense training programsManage sanitation validation, internal inspections, and environmental monitoringEnsure traceability and recall readiness across the supply chainApprove production batch records and manage nonconformities, deviations, and CAPAsInvestigate quality issues and customer complaints with precision and urgencyOversee QA activities in the warehouse: receiving, sampling, repacking, and storageEnsure FSVP compliance and supplier quality management What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field (Master’s preferred)10+ years of progressive QA experience in food, dietary supplements, or ingredient manufacturingDeep knowledge of FDA regulations (21 CFR 117 and 111)PCQI certification and hands-on experience with product release and production record reviewExpertise in supplier quality, co-manufacturer oversight, and regulatory audits Why You’ll Love This Role

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
