Emerson offers an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a dedicated Documentation Analyst to be involved in the production of large custom-designed control valves at our facility in Marshalltown, Iowa.

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Review and approval of internal and supplier generated documents.
+ Generating and compiling final documentation packages.
+ Responsible for effectively handling workloads to meet scheduling goals.
+ Engage in effective communication with both internal collaborators and vendors.
+ Stay up to date and maintain compliance with code requirements.
+ Identify root cause of document issues and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**

+ Associate Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Exceptional precision in diligent tasks, coupled with outstanding verbal and written communication proficiency.
+ Enhanced skills for interpersonal, strategy, and decisive decision-making.
+ Solid digital literacy including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
+ Must be local to Marshalltown, IA, or surrounding area.

No relocation assistance will be provided for this onsite position.
+ Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**

+ Bachelor Degree with previous manufacturing experience.
+ Experience working in various aspects of manufacturing, such as production, logistics, or quality control, to better understand and address challenges.
+ A dedication to continuous improvement and staying updated on industry standard processes.
+ Strong dedication to adhering to all safety regulations, guidelines, and company policies to maintain a safe manufacturing environment.
