Quality Engineer I

**Job Description:**

Arrow's Phoenix Integration facility has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Quality Engineer.

In this role you will collaborate across multiple departments to ensure consistent and sustainable quality results.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Maintain and improve quality system and documentation.
+ Assist with internal auditing and maintaining quality certifications.
+ In collaboration with various departments, identify and implement process improvements through data and risk analysis.
+ Complete thorough root cause analysis to implement robust corrective actions when quality issue arises.
+ Communicate professionally and promptly with customers.
+ Train on quality related areas, such as ESD, 6S, and other lean methodologies.
+ Conduct presentations to co-workers, managers, stakeholders, customers, and senior leadership.
+ Review customer feedback and implement changes to improve products to increase customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.

**What We're Looking For:**

+ Engineering Degree preferred with three or four-year diploma.
+ 2 to 3 years of related experience
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
+ Able to work independently and to collaborate with different stakeholders.
+ Strong presentation and communication skills
