We are seeking a Quality Manager for a pioneer in the Food Service Packaging Industry.
We are looking for someone who is able to build a quality program from the ground up and will ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality programs Manage the food code compliance program and support audit preparation Set and track quality goals and metrics Lead quality improvement projects Resolve food safety and process issues Required Skills:
Strong Communication and leadership abilities Proficiency with data collection, analysis and project management Strong computer skills with Microsoft office and statistical tools such as Minitab Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field Quality certification, ASQ preferred 5 + years in leading quality teams in production SQF certification Ability to travel 50% for audits and trainings at facilities Experience in working environments with airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and humid/wet conditions
