**Hours:** Monday-Thursday 3:15pm-1:45am

**Tech Level I**

+ Follow all safety policies and procedures.
+ Responsible for in-process inspection and test verification for Quality, Food Packaging Safety and other requirements.
+ Ensure all QA bench-top test equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
+ Responsible for documentation, sampling and quarantining of non-conforming material.

Maintains other sample requirements as defined.
+ Must be comfortable working with quality testing equipment at the site.
+ All other duties as assigned.

**Work Environment**

Work primarily in a manufacturing environment with possible safety/health hazard potential.

Hearing protection, safety shoes, vision and other protection as required.

This role requires exposure to a manufacturing environment.

Employee may be exposed to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot/humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing area.

**Qualifications:**

+ Equivalent combination of education and experience: Associates degree preferred with a concentration in mathematics; Two (2) to five (5) years' experience in a manufacturing environment; Prior quality experience in a similar role utilizing testing equipment
+ Candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively communicate, get along with others, positive attitude and well organized.
+ Solid working knowledge of quality processes and related manufacturing.
+ Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams, and Outlook
+ Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
+ Exceptional time management and organization skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
+ Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
