**Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):**

$62.230 - $80.300 - $89.930

This position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with SEIU-UHW.

As part of the terms of employment, employees in this role are required to join the union within 31 days of hire and remain a member (e.g. dues paying, fee paying, religious exception contributor) for the duration of the collective bargaining agreement.

This position was originally posted to ratified SEIU members from 08/26/25 – 09/03/25.

The position is now available to be filled by internal candidates that are not members of the ratified Bargaining Unit or External candidates to Sharp.

**What You Will Do**
Performs procedures, setups, simulations, and prescribed treatments under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist, Physicist, or Lead Radiation Therapist to provide the highest level of care to Radiation Oncology patients.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Certified Radiation Therapy (T)(ARRT) - ARRT -REQUIRED
+ AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED
+ Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) - CA Department of Public Health -REQUIRED

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree
+ 1 Year experience as a Certified Radiation Therapist in a physician's office or hospital setting.

**Other Qualification Requirements**

+ Satisfactory completion of formal training program in a JRCERT/CHEA approved school and meets the requirements of an appropriate State and/or Federal mandated certification or equivalent.

There is evidence of patient satisfaction through the following: verbal comments from patients themselves or through their physician, written feedback from patient evaluation cards, comments and scoring on AIDET surveys and Press- Ganey results.

+ Ability to follow physician's orders.
+ Effective interpersonal and patient contact skills.

**Sign on Bonus - This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus for qualified External Candidates with 2 years’ Radiation Therapist experience.**

**Relocation - This position is eligible for a $3,500 relocation bonus for qualified External Candidates with 2 years’ Radiation Therapist experience.**

**Eligibility Requirements:**

+ 2 years of related experience or all hires

**The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:**

+ Current Sharp employees
+ Rehires/Reinstates that are rejoining the organization less than 12 months from the last date of employment with Sharp Healthcare

**To remain eligible for your sign on incentive the following criteria must be met:**

+ Must remain in original hired FTE status and shift (if specified in offer letter)
+ Must remain in original department/specialty.
+ Must remain in original Job Title
+ Transfers to a non-bonus eligible department or position may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus.

**$2500 Employee Referral Bonus for eligible Sharp employees.**
