Work Schedule:

+ Daylight hours, Monday through Friday!
+ 8-hour and 10-hour shifts between the hours of 6 a.m. and 5 p.m.
+ NO holiday, weekend, or on-call hours required!
+ NO travel!

Our Ancillary/Outpatient Testing Department is a team-oriented unit, working alongside additional Radiology teams and Ortho to provide outpatient x-rays, bloodwork, EKGs, and various other diagnostic tests.

_Diagnostic Technologist-level experience may be considered.

Applicants will be placed in the appropriate job title and salary based on individual experience and education, at manager discretion.

Diagnostic Technologist starting rate begins at $25.16 an hour._

Responsibilities:

+ Performs all job responsibilities of a Diagnostic Technologist.
+ Performs or assists Clinical Specialist in performing QA, regulatory testing, and other technical and research initiatives.
+ Monitors quality control activities and demonstrates advanced-level knowledge in Diagnostic Imaging.
+ Demonstrates competency in specialty equipment (O.R., Fluoro Procedures, etc.) and analyzes data promptly.
+ Performs electrocardiograms and lab draw functions, if applicable.
+ Demonstrates the ability to function independently, and is able to cover off-shifts, on-call responsibilities, and perform services at satellite facilities, where applicable, while continually communicating with lead and management team.
+ Participates in standardization activities with system-level workgroups.
+ Works directly with Radiologists regarding protocol development.
+ Assist with the training of staff and student technologists.

+ Graduate of an ARRT-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
+ 2 years of Diagnostic experience required.
+ Must have obtained a performance review rating of Good Performer on most recent performance review to be eligible for promotion.Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
+ ARRT Certificate
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
+ CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
+ Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
+ Act 33 with renewal
+ Act 34 with renewal
+ Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
