Leidos is on the hunt for a talented RC-135 Operations Airborne Systems Engineer (ASE) 1, 3, or 5 Training Specialist for an upcoming opening to join our dynamic team at Offutt AFB, NE.

**Your Opportunity Awaits**

**Your Main Mission:**

+ Deliver top-tier academic, simulator, and inflight training to ASE operators for RC-135 fleets.

Your work will align with FAA standards, ICAO guidelines, technical orders, and DoD/USAF directives to ensure training excellence.
+ Contribute to comprehensive training by incorporating safety and emergency procedures alongside ASE-specific duties, crafting well-rounded, effective aircrew.
+ Provide critical data and analytics on training achievements, needs, and efficiency through detailed daily and monthly metrics.

Support Combat Training Squadron (CTS) and FTU leadership with actionable insights that drive success.

**Your Expertise:**

+ Hold a bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience—or an associate degree and 6+ years of experience.

(Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
+ Have flown on the RC-135 within the past 4 years, with deep knowledge of its operations.
+ CFIC certification and RC-135 experience are non-negotiable.
+ Ready to start day 1 with a TS/SCI security clearance.

**Pay Range:**
Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
