We’re searching for a Skopje-based R&D Operations Coordinator to join our Global R&D team, so that we can ensure the smooth running of operational processes that keep our research and development organization effective and aligned.

The R&D Operations Coordinator will own and optimize R&D operational workflows to provide visibility, structure, and efficiency, enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities and overall company growth.




How You’ll Spend Your Time
+ Maintain and improve operational processes for the R&D Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure actions, follow-ups, and initiatives remain on track.
+ Support event and meeting coordination by planning R&D events, offsites, and engagement activities, anticipating logistical needs and ensuring smooth execution.
+ Raise purchase orders, track vendor expenses, and support financial processes in order to provide accurate budget visibility and ensure effective vendor management.
+ Coordinate cross-team initiatives and small-scale projects , tracking progress, escalating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
+ Prepare clear reports, documentation, and updates to enable leadership visibility, alignment, and decision-making across a global R&D environment.




What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
+ + Experience supporting operational activities in large, complex, or globally distributed teams.
+ Proven ability to coordinate projects, meetings, and events with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
+ Knowledge of budget processes, including purchase orders, vendor management, and financial tracking.
+ Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Familiarity with operational systems, process improvement methods, and efficiency tracking (including KPIs and compliance measures).
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field preferred; certifications in project/operations management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Lean/Six Sigma) desirable.


+ Interest in professional growth toward senior operations or program management roles with exposure to strategic initiatives.
