SPA has an immediate need for a part-time Receptionist (15-25 hrs/week), to join our team and represent our company in a professional, positive, and courteous manner.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be someone who takes initiative, can work well with others, and is able to multitask.

As our receptionist, you would be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, greeting and badging visitors, and directing them to various parts of the office.

You will also receive mail, shipments, and other deliveries.

You must conduct yourself in a professional manner, to include grooming, dress, and comportment while ensuring the lobby also reflects a professional working environment.

Qualifications Required Qualifications: A High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency using Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent time management and organizational skills The ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance Desired Qualifications Prior experience as a receptionist or an administrative field
