Urgent! Recreation Aid (Lifeguard) NF-01 Job Opening In Fort Sill – Now Hiring Army Installation Management Command
Summary This position is located at MWR, Community Recreation Division, and will be referred out to Aquatics.

Responsibilities Serves as a lifeguard for indoor and outdoor pools and works under the direction of the Installation Aquatics Program Manager.
Employs safety rules for the protection of the pool guests.
Provides maximum pool area surveillance and responds to emergencies; rescues pool patrons and administers first aid as required.
Assists in maintaining pool, and area clean and free from any hazards.
Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Resumes must be two pages (or less).

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Lifeguarding and First Aid (American Red Cross or nationally recognized equivalent i.e. Star Guard, YMCA, or ELLIS); American Red Cross Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation for the Professional; CPR for the Professional Rescuer/AED or equivalent (American Heart Association CPR/AED); First Aid Education Additional Information Area of Consideration This job is open to all qualified candidates worldwide.

Allowances and Differentials This job is part of a pay-banded system.
Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.

This is an intermittent (Flexible) appointment with no guaranteed hours.
Flexible positions will normally be scheduled between 0-40 hours per week dependent upon the needs of the organization.
