Keller Williams Grand Rapids East—one of Michigan’s fastest-growing real estate offices—is seeking a motivated, people-focused Recruiter to drive the growth of our market center by attracting top talent and future industry leaders.


In this key role, you’ll collaborate with our leadership team to identify and connect with high-potential real estate professionals who share our values, culture, and vision for success.

  • Expected First-Year Earnings: $100,000 - $120,000
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

Compensation:

$100,000 - $120,000 OTE

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, attract, and interview licensed and aspiring real estate professionals
  • Conduct daily recruiting appointments to share the KW value proposition
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective agents
  • Promote Keller Williams culture, training, and opportunities through compelling presentations
  • Collaborate with leadership on hiring goals and growth strategies
  • Track and report on recruiting KPIs such as the number of contacts, appointments, and gross hires
  • Participate in local networking events, real estate schools, and community engagement
Qualifications:
  • An energetic, people-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A natural influencer who loves connecting with others and making a great first impression
  • Organized and driven, with a desire to hit (and exceed) recruiting targets
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, business-minded environment
  • Prior experience in recruiting, real estate, sales, or marketing is a big plus
  • Familiarity with Keller Williams models and culture is a bonus, but not required
