On behalf of our healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Recruiter for a temporary role.

This position is primarily remote with occasional onsite requirements at our client’s Lake Forest, IL office.



Recruiter Non-Clinical - Human Resources - Job Description:
The Recruiter will focus on recruiting for non-clinical positions within the healthcare industry, with an emphasis on hospital and nurse recruitment.

The role involves managing a high-volume portfolio and requires a candidate with strong communication and organizational skills.



Recruiter Non-Clinical - Human Resources - Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for non-clinical roles
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of open positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Utilize Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to manage recruitment data
• Participate in occasional onsite hiring events

Recruiter Non-Clinical - Human Resources - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-7 years of senior level recruitment experience
