Position Summary
Support the On-Campus Recruitment Program: assist with preparation of publicity/recruitment materials; serve as source of information to students on policies, procedures, and recruitment schedules, and provide other basic information; screen students and schedule appointments; collect and disseminate resumes, job descriptions and other materials.
Proofread confidential documents for accuracy and completeness (e.g., I-9, W-4, and On-Campus Student Employee Application forms); maintain a library of corporate literature and reference materials; maintain databases of recruitment visits and appointment schedules; resolve related problems.
Qualifications
Required Education:High School diploma or equivalent.Required Experience:2 years of office experience.Preferred Experience:1-2 years of office experience with Associate's degree.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Proficiency with intermediate-level word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
Moderate, accurate keyboarding.Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Proficiency with MS Office.
Additional Information
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is USD $37.329.
This rate is based on bargaining unit contracts.
This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.NYU aims to be among the greenest urban campuses in the country and carbon neutral by 2040.
