Join Semikron Danfoss and be a driving force in the rapidly growing field of power electronics! As a Regional Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our market share and building strong relationships with leading customers in renewable energy, energy storage, and e-mobility.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ **Manage and grow existing accounts** by providing quotes, application support, and participating in routine development meetings.
+ **Identify and target large prospective OEM customers** , leading a team through the project and development acquisition process.
+ **Update and maintain CRM activities** including sales forecasts, project management, pricing, and contact management in Salesforce.
+ **Communicate directly with end users** to understand their needs and propose tailored power electronic solutions.
+ **Collaborate cross-functionally** with other team members to ensure customer success and drive business growth.

**What We're Looking For**

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Physics).
+ 3+ years of sales or application engineering experience in the field of power electronics.
+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and **Salesforce** .
+ Strong **written and verbal communication skills** , with the ability to present to large audiences.
+ Knowledge of **commercial and legal contract review and negotiation** .
+ Willingness to travel (approximately 30%) nationally and internationally.
+ Fluency in English (bilingual a plus).
