Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations and performance within Trumbull, CT geographic area.

This role involves developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

  • Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills:Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
