Duties and Responsibilities:
It is essential to have a firm grasp of the Laboratory and Healthcare Industry.Drive new business growth by actively prospecting for clients through strategic telephone and in-person outreach.
Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent direct contact.Develop and strengthen relationships with key accounts that are a top priority.Must have a strong ability to create proposals and deliver presentations.
Assist in promotional activities, including print, online, electronic media, and direct mailPrepare sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansionQualifications and Experience:
7-10 years of experience with a proven sales background in the Laboratory and Healthcare industry marketUnderstanding the healthcare provider reimbursement process, its dynamics, and the overall billing workflow within the market space.An active Rolodex of relationships with key decision-makers in the Laboratory and Healthcare industryAbility to connect with customers and gain trust quicklyProficiency in MS Office suite and Salesforce or equivalent CRMFamiliarity with established Sales processes and sales funnel managementProfessional references are required and will be contacted for this role.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business or related fieldWilling to travel 35%Compensation Package:
