Job Description
You will be the Reliability Engineer for our engineering team.
Our team is responsible for planning and executing reliability, maintainability, and testability activities to ensure the development of high-quality products.
What You Will Be Doing As the Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing reliability engineering strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing system failures to identify areas for improvement.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and maintainability of our products, working closely with engineers, suppliers, and customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing reliability predictions using WQS/Relex and/or approved prediction methodologies for mechanical and electrical designs
* Performing Built-In-Test (BIT) analysis, implementation, and validation
* Interacting with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, program managers, and customers to investigate, document, and resolve system failures
* Reviewing specifications, drawings, engineering change proposals, and supporting design reviews and test activities as required

This position is in Orlando, FL.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Desired skills
• Secret clearance with current 5 year background check.
• Strong electrical background with a good mechanical understanding.
• Practical hands on experience with hardware test and troubleshooting.
• System and subsystem test experience to include Test Plan development, completing HALT and accelerated aging testing.
• Experience using WQS/RELEX.
• Experience with statistical analysis, statistical process control and/or statistical software.
• Experience with Missile Systems.
