Title of Position: Research Associate
Timeline: Full-time, One-year position from September 2024 to September 2025 (with potential for extension)
Description of Duties and Responsibilities: The Research Associate will be responsible managing the overall project and leading the implementation and coordination of a SAMHSA-funded initiative focused on providing naloxone and fentanyl testing strip (FTS) training and distribution services in North Mississippi.

Qualifications for Position:
Supervisory Relationships: The Research Associate will report to the Principal Director and Co-director overseeing the SAMHSA-funded initiative.
The position may involve supervisory responsibilities for project staff and student pharmacists.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Amount of Travel and Special Conditions or Requirements: The position may require regular travel in North Mississippi for meetings, training, and outreach events.
The Research Associate must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to accommodate program activities.
