Analog Devices Inc., Chelmsford Massachusetts facility is looking for Manufacturing Microwave & RF Test Technician to support our continued growth in the manufacture of high-performance microwave modules and sub-systems.

Customers trust Analog Devices to deliver integrated electronics, and ADI is interested in energetic and organized team players that want to deliver quality products in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Microwave & RF Test Technician supports manufacturing in the testing and troubleshooting of medium to highly complex microwave modules.

Requirements:

  • US Citizenship and able/willing to obtain a government security clearance.
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions/documentation.
  • 3-5 years minimum experience working in the microwave electronics industry, an associate degree, or a Military background with 3+ years' training and electronics experience.
  • High school diploma/GED required.

    A diploma from a Vocational High School or Technical Diploma is a plus.

    3rd: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM EST

    Specific Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with using Network and Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes, RF Sources and other equipment used
  • A strong ability to work with computer-controlled test systems as an individual contributor, as well as part of a team, to perform microwave electronics testing and troubleshoot complex microwave and millimeter-wave modules and subsystems.
  • General knowledge of electronics construction
  • A strong aptitude and interest in working with automated and manual test equipment
  • communication and interpersonal skills required to work with engineering, management and other technicians.
  • Test station setup and calibration
  • Maintenance of test data
  • Assembly of breadboards, test fixtures and wiring harnesses.
  • Simple hand soldering knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Job Req Type: ExperiencedRequired Travel: Yes, 10% of the timeShift Type: 2nd Shift/EveningsThe expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $38 to $52.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
