REQUIREMENTS:

18 years of AgeAble to Pass a Drug TestLegally Eligible to Work in the USAdditional Requirements for Craftworkers: Must have own transportation to and from jobsite every work day (driver's license not required)
Must provide own hand tools (excluding power tools)
May be expected to travel where the project requires (multi-state opportunities) Primary Function: Assemble rigging to lift and move equipment or materials on construction projects.
Typical Duties include but are not limited to:
Set up hoisting equipment for rising and placing structural steel members, setting equipment, processing pipe.Select wire ropes,slings, shackles, or lifting devices according to weight and size of loads to be moved.Attach pulley and blocks to fixed overhead structures such as beams, ceilings, with bolts and clamps.
Attach load with grappling devices such as loops, wires, ropes, and chains, to crane hook.
Give directions to crane operator engaged in hoisting and moving loads to insure safety of workers and material handled, using hand signals, loud speakers, two-way radios, or telephone.
Read and interpret lifting capacity charts.
Set up, brace, and rig hoisting equipment, using hand tools and power tools.May direct workers engaged in hoisting of machinery and equipment into or onto trucks, railroad cars or other moving devices. Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
Must be a Certified or Qualified Rigger.Must have 4 years of verifiable experience as a rigger in industrial construction.Able to coordinate the movements of hand and feet according to visual signals and directions.
Must be able to work off blue prints and sketches.
Perform a variety of duties which may change often and work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
Maintain a complete knowledge of crane and rigging signals.
Know the emergency response procedures for mobile crane operations.
May be required to satisfactorily demonstrate craft certification through written and/or performance test developed and prepared by an independent third party. Benefits:
