About the Opportunity Join a licensed, Joint Commissionaccredited acute care facility serving the Southwest Riverside County region.

The hospital is a designated Trauma Center and Paramedic Base Station, performing thousands of surgeries and emergency visits each year.

With Centers of Excellence in bariatric surgery and joint replacement, this facility is dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care and continuous performance improvement.

About the Role As the Performance Improvement / Patient Experience RN Manager, youll champion a culture of patient-centered care and elevate the experience for patients and families.

Youll turn feedback and assessments into actionable improvements, identify opportunities for better service, and use Lean Six Sigma tools to sharpen processes and customer touch points.

This is a collaborative leadership roleeducating staff, driving best practices, and managing patient feedback and grievance processes.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and implement patient experience and performance improvement strategies across the organization Conduct assessments and translate findings into actionable improvements Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to enhance service and streamline processes Educate and drive best practices among physicians, clinical, and non-clinical staff Summarize and publish patient experience survey results Oversee the complaint and grievance process, ensuring timely resolution Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, patient-focused care Requirements Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program Bachelors degree in a related field (required); Masters degree preferred Current California RN License (required) Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) and/or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred Three years of clinical experience in an acute care setting with demonstrated management or leadership abilities Experience in patient advocacy or complaint/grievance management preferred One year of quality or performance improvement experience, including data analysis and management Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification preferred (or willingness to complete within two years) Willingness to travel Benefits Challenging and rewarding work environment Competitive compensation and generous paid time off Excellent medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plans 401(k) with company match and discounted stock plan Student loan refinancing program Career development opportunities across a large healthcare network
